Contest Rules:
1. Eligibility: Contest is offered only in the United States and void anywhere prohibited by law. Employees of CNCA or its affiliates, and their immediate family or members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry: To participate in the Contest, simply submit your answer via email on the Contact Us Email form.
3. Contest Period: Contest begins on Friday, Febraury 12, 2010 and ends when the first entrant correctly identifies the singer in the post.
4. Winner: One (1) winner will be selected
5. Prize: $50 in credit toward the purchase of CNCA dietary supplements.
6. General Conditions: By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to CNCA the right to use and publish his/her name for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, worldwide,
and on the World Wide Web, without notification, review or approval. Prize cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash
7. Hold Harmless. Participants release and agree to hold harmless, CNCA, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of
any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Contest.
8. Data Collection: Information collected from participant's entry is subject to CNCA's Privacy Policy.
9. Submission: Submission of your answer signifies acceptance of these terms and rules.
